To fix this problem in Office 2007:

1. Click on the Office button on the top left of Microsoft Powerpoint.
2. Go to Powerpoint Options at the bottom of the menu
3. Choose "Trust Center" on the left
4. Click on Trust Center Settings
5. Click on "Add-ins" on the left
6. Uncheck the "Require Application Add-ins to be signed by Trusted Publisher"

To fix this problem in other versions begin with the following steps:

1. Go to the Help menu in PowerPoint
2. Click on About Microsoft PowerPoint
3. Once the window appears click on Disabled Items on the bottom right hand corner
4. Next, find Swift Presenter in the list and click on Enable
5. Close PowerPoint and open it again and the Swift Presenter menu should be available for use

If you did not find Swift Presenter in the list, or if this did not solve the problem please try the following:

1. Open PowerPoint and go to Tools > Macro > Security
2. Click the Trusted Sources tab
3. Make sure that checkbox labeled "Trust all installed add-ins and templates" is checked
4. Click OK
5. Close PowerPoint
6. Restart PowerPoint
