Why can't I install Publisher, and why do I receive an error message during the installation?

Sometimes spyware blockers/anti-virus programs can interfere with the installation of Swift Presenter. In order to remedy this please complete the following steps: 1. Go to Control Panel in Windows and then click Add/Remove Programs 2. Please verify that none of the following programs are installed and/or running: SpySweeper (older versions only) Spyware Doctor Kaspersky AV A Squared F Secure NoAdware If any of the above programs are installed, you may need to uninstall them to get Publisher to work. If the installation problems persist, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can investigate the issue more thoroughly. | |
