There are two options for sending courses through e-mail. First, you can zip up the presentation and email it out in its entirety. Make sure to include the start.html file and the Presentation_Files folder (including all the files and folders contained therein) in the zip file. This way, your audience can unzip the file and click on the start.html file to launch the presentation.

The second way to send presentations by email is through a hyperlink. If you upload the entire Presentation_Files folder to your web server, you can create a hyperlink to the index.html file located inside that folder. From there, you can send the link out to as many people as you'd like. When users click on the link, your presentation will launch.

As another option is through our Knowledge Portal Learning Management System that will allow you to e-mail courses and track results at a fraction of LMS costs. Be sure to check our website for more information regarding this exciting new solution.
